its an itchy feeling when i really truly badly wants something. i need my second book to be published, i am very sad that I wont be in dubai (abudhabi for that matter) for the November session for the follow up of last March's meeting. i wish i was there.

when i get distracted i start looking at short courses in creative writing

Familiarity

Its interesting being in the same place for two years, (or just starting the second).

coming back you would think, i've seen this, i've done that, what else can we do this year. Then when you look at people's lost expressions you understand the blessing your in. Seeing the coffee lady for a whole year, knowing the number of coffee outlets at the university. Knowing where to go if the printers go off, understanding that winter and its mersmerizing snow, will bring in tardiness to all transportation systems is not a dreadful thing, just a matter of timing.

Freshers are back, and its nice to see that its a NEW YEAR with new resolutions and NEW expectations and NEW plans.

Picking up

Picking up where we left off,

What was the last to do list? what were the tasks, where am i? what am I doing here.

The best feeling is that I am able to type again, able to look at a screen and not feel sick , and also able to concentrate for more than 20 minutes. :) I better put that to use.

What is required from me is to
1) pick up the pace of my reading,
2) formulate taxonomy of all the CBA's and HIA's (Cost benefit analysis, and the Health Impact assesment articles that are already on file). That would formulate a big excel sheet that can be incorporated into the analysis part.
3) Have a September plan
4) Write a report on the feild visit.

Criteria of inclusion :
Not outdated (1990 - 2011) (Validation of this point is neseccary)
Relevance to either CBA / HIA (if not then formulate a third sheet that needs to be under a smiliar type)


Reflection :

Make use of the "HIGHS!" of the year.
